Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective item

  • Expired product (as per packaging date)

If you receive a product with any of the above issues, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, share clear photos or videos of:

  1. The product showing the issue

  2. The original packaging (including outer box, labels, and inserts)

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Claim

Our team will review your case within 3 business days.

  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement.

  • If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund of up to ₹500 will be issued.


Important Notes

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

  • No refunds/replacements for products purchased using coupon codes or during promotional offers.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste, personal preference, or change of mind.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
To be eligible for any resolution, report damage or issues within 24 hours, along with the required photo/video proof.
